General Process of Exterior Wall Plaster and Skim Coating
  • Surface Preparation : AClean the wall surface (remove dust, oil, loose particles). Wet the surface with water to prevent moisture loss from the plaster.
  • Application of Plaster : Apply Base Coat Use a trowel to apply the plaster mortar to the wall. Thickness: Usually 12-20 mm. Leveling a straight edge or screed to level the surface. Curing Keep the plastered wall moist for 7 days to prevent cracks.
